Background
Dan Smerken has been working to serve the needs of older adults and persons with disabilities since 1975. His primary goal is to assist clients maintain the maximum level of independence and self-sufficiency. Dan provides personalized information and assistance to make life just a little bit easier for older adults and their families.
Dan has been a nurse, care manager, administrator and long-term care executive. He has developed and led housing and community based service initiatives focusing on the development and operation of in-home, community based and residential programs for older adults.
Dan is also an experienced developer of housing with supportive services for older adults and persons with disabilities.
